"The PAMM building is not Miami -- in a good way. It is simple, minimalist, conservative and honest. No flashy colors. No over-the-top designs. Concrete. Light woods. White walls. Sounds boring but it is not. The use of windows and flora make the simple look exceptional. The flow of the building allows you to comfortably meander (comfortable is a real key work here -- it all just feels right and makes you feel at home). And if you pay attention you can notice the conservative use of funds -- such as the garage that is not fully concrete but a mix of gravel and concrete parking pads -- cost effective and environmentally friendly. It is really a remarkable achievement."-anon [First Look At The Finished Perez Art Museum Miami]
