Hollywood Bigwig Lists $10M House; A Grammery Park Condo

The latest New York real estate goings-on from Curbed NY...

1) Upper West Side: Screenwriter David Koepp, the man behind such hits as Jurassic Park; Carlito's Way; Misson: Impossible; and Spider-Man, listed his impeccably designed Upper West Side house for just under $10 million.

2) Gramercy Park: Things involved with this 16th floor condo at 50 Gramercy Park North: an Icelandic fraudster sentence to jail, a Donald Trump lawsuit, and a very black kitchen. It's on the market for $10.9 million.

3) Upper East Side: Frank Sinatra's former penthouse has returned to the market, this time for the slightly chopped price of $5.595 million. The place has been outfitted with an Apple-esque glass staircase, and now features furniture. Exciting!

4) Midtown: In honor of the lighting of the iconic Rockefeller Christmas tree this week, Curbed NY took a look through the archives to find 30-plus photos of the tree's 82-year history.
