The new owners of Miami Heat President Pat Riley's former Gables Estates house - which he recently sold for $16.8 million - are planning on tearing it down and replacing it with something grander. It turns out the allure was not the house, a mediocre mediterranean revival with a theater, aqua bar, and waterfalls, but the lot: a rare two acre peninsula jutting out into Biscayne Bay.
