The Residences at the Miami Beach Edition, a.k.a. the residential portion of legendary hotelier Ian Schrager's in-progress Seville Hotel overhaul, has just launched their sales website and - like omgz - there's only one penthouse left.
The triplex unit designed by british architect John Pawson has a double height living room, private elevator, expansive rooftop terrace, outdoor kitchen, and a lap pool (because who wants to be lazy and lounge in a floaty chair in Miami Beach when they can work those glutes?). And even though it's on the city side of the building, away from the ocean, (maybe that's why it hasn't sold) they've managed to design it in such a way that both the master bedroom and lap pool still have direct ocean views.
