Hot on the heels of the sold out success of Related Group's 1100 Millecento, with interiors by italian sports car design firm Pininfarina, they've launched sales of a second luxury tower with Pininfarina looks up in Hallandale Beach called Beachwalk that's.. yep, not on the beach, but.. a walk to the beach. It's over a bridge, and a few blocks away actually. Once you get there, a private beach club with restaurant awaits, next to another Related building, the recently topped-off Apogee Beach. Related had a launch party for the new tower last night at the iconic Hallandale Beach 'beach ball' water tower, now the Beachwalk sales center.
