A Curbed reader wrote in to let us know that the abandoned INS building on Biscayne Boulevard and 79th Street, the Goodwill building behind it, and an acre sized parking lot to the rear on the Little River, have been sold to a developer, the Fifteen Group. We have no idea what they plan to do with the properties, but it's a pretty major land deal on a totally prominent intersection that's remained, shall we say, rather "downmarket" while neighborhoods in the immediate vicinity blossomed. If you have any idea of what they plan to do there, do let us know. Thanks.
