Case in point is this generously sized 95 foot long boat slip on Fisher Island, right in front of the Trattoria that's on the market for an impressive $1.4 million. Drooling yet? The spot can handle boats as long as 85 feet with a draft up to 6 feet. But whoever buys it better have a really pretty boat. All of Fisher Island society will be staring it while they nibble on overpriced pizzas and other italian fare.
