2) Midtown: The future tallest tower of New York City, and the western hemisphere, has officially hit the market?despite being barely off the ground. The 126 apartments are looking to set a record by asking a combined $2.7 billion. Mind: blown.
3) Midtown West: Shoe King Steve Madden listed his lovely Park Avenue townhouse for $9 million. Madden bough the six-story home in 2006 and decked it out with a LOT of pastel colors.
4) Upper West Side: Two urban explorers ventured into an active train tunnel on Manhattan's west side to photograph the dark, graffiti-covered space.
