"Great plan. This would do more to better Miami's downtown and the city as a whole than what MDX, FDOT, and Miami Dade's Planning Dept. have done in the past 80 years. It would pedestrianize downtown, tear down the horrible expressways that choke it and separate it from the neighborhoods nearby, and add a large amount of buildable space.
