Holy Crap! 42 Star Island is dunzo. Real Housewife of Miami Lisa Hochstein and her plastic surgeon husband/giver of boobs Leonard have been issued a demolition approval for 42 Star Island Drive, an historic 1925 mansion designed by iconic Miami architect Walter DeGarmo. This happened exactly 31 minutes ago at a Miami Beach Design Review Board meeting where Miami Herald reporter Christina Veiga was live tweeting. No word yet on when the actual demo will occur, but the entire city will probably know about it as they drive over the MacArthur Causeway, which it is very visible from. Oh, and it's going to be replaced with this. Yeah.
