Construction has begun on one of the wildest fantasies to land on the shores of Sunny Isles Beach: Porsche Design Tower, with foundation work happening now. And over at exMiami.org, one of the admins discovered that the NCO (which means they're starting construction, we think) was filed back on the 22nd of March. The tower, marketed under the Porsche brand, will have three car elevators in its central core, pools on the balconies, and lots of metallic grey tones. And an official groundbreaking ceremony will be happening next Friday, for any party crashers out there.
