"UGGGGHHHH Why??? 30 years from now this is going to look like a giant slum. Its like the massive housing projects of the last century. Think Cabrini Green in Chicago, or Queensbridge houses in NY. Such an amazing opportunity to do something fantastic and instead we're going to build "towers in the park" that are completely auto-dependant and suburbia inspired big box retail. I understand this is not a high density urban area but are the vast parking lots really necessary? WTF is this shit. Kobi Karp should be ashamed. Instead of making any meaningful changes he threw in a couple of retention ponds and some cheap greenery.
