Matt Damon has listed his sprawling med revival La Gorce house on way more land than is normal by Miami Beach standards for a nice, solid $20 million. The house, which Damon custom built less than a decade ago has seven bedrooms, ten baths, a pool, a guesthouse, and "a spa-like bath and private terrace overlooking the water."
