For this installment of Curbed Miami's Friday Open Threads we have Robert Wennett, developer of the widely acclaimed 1111 Lincoln Road, designed by the architecture firm of Herzog & de Meuron. Robert is also one of the leading contenders in the competitions for the Miami Beach Convention Center Master Plan and the Lincoln Lane North development projects, for which he has recruited two more internationally renowned architecture firms, Rem Koolhaas' Office for Metropolitan Architecture, and Snøhetta. Robert will be answering your questions all afternoon, so leave them in the comments, and he'll reply, in the comments. Take it away Robert.
