A new Facebook page set up for the Herzog & de Meuron-designed Jade Signature soon too rise in Sunny Isles Beach has dropped into the laps of the world two renderings of gargantuanly huge balconies hanging off of (what else?) glass-walled apartments entirely in white, or in super-light concrete. At least those walls come with a few curves that give some kind of a hint this place was actually designed by somebody, instead of squeezed through a skyscraper mold like Play-Doh.
