"I won't lie and say I love the design. Quite frankly I think it's awful. However, I think this project could really jumpstart that whole area. I'm excited to see it built. Its reasonably close to transit with metrorail at either Culmer or Civic Center quite close, even if you had to ride a bike to the station, its definitely feasible.
