In an interview with Miami Today, developer Tibor Hollo says that site work continues on Panorama Tower in Brickell, planned to be Miami's and Florida's tallest tower at 830 feet, ousting the Four Seasons Tower, with an expected completion date in 2016. Built on an empty lot behind another building he currently owns, Panorama Tower will be 830 feet tall with 940 rental apartments, 300,000 square feet of office space, and 100,000 square feet of retail space. As for the number of stories, the Miami Today article says it'll have 85 floors, which seems a bit high for an 830 foot tall building, so we'll get back to you about that. It might be a typo.
