Melo Group is building Bay House, yet another residential tower to add to their long list of buildings in Edgewater, but this time they're making it a 'luxury' building, which means it'll have amenities like a fancier pool deck, a valet, private elevator entries, bigger common areas, and a nice gym. What it also has (and this is kind of a shocker for a luxury contemporary building in this city) are actual walls between you and the outside world. It's not a glass box, and in this city if your contemporary building isn't a glass box then it ain't luxury. Depressing how monotonous we Miamians can be sometimes, isn't it?
