There are now about two dozen bidders for the former site of Miami Today's brick manor house office building, according to brokers for the property who spoke to the Daily Business Review. After big-daddy developer Swire Properties' public statement that they would compete aggressively for the 700 Brickell Avenue block - the missing link between the leviathan Brickell CityCentre and Brickell Avenue itself - like, every other developer has decided they want in too. There's little word, however, on who all these extremely eager builders are. Only Swire and the Related Group have been publicly revealed so far
