Care to see the HVAC plan for the currently-under-construction Flagler On The River on the Miami River? No? While air conditioning's not all that thrilling, the plan does show the general disposition and form of the building on the site. Good news: the long side will face the river, which means lots of river views and they're packing a generous amount of new retail space on the first and second floors.
