The winning entry of the DawnTown Design/Build competition, a giant steel and neon box called Up-Downtown that "present[s] an interactive story of Miami's rise" abstractly through ropes, pulleys, and neon lights, has moved into the lobby of HistoryMiami. Created by architects Manuel Clavel-Rojo and Jacob Brillhart, it's basically a glowing neon map of downtown Miami in 3D and through time.
