Jeff Gordon Wants $30M for 3BR; The Great Gatsby In NYC

All the gossip from that hot topic, Curbed NY...

1) Lincoln Square: Nascar champion Jeff Gordon dropped his three-bedroom home at celeb-favorite 15 Central Park West on the market for a cool $30 million.

2) All Over: Baz Luhrmann's remake of the Great Gatsby comes out this week, so we looked at NYC through Gatsby-colored glasses and mapped all of the meaningful locations.

3) Upper West Side: Poor Ben Stiller. He sold his sprawling Riverside Drive 5BR/5.5BA for more than $1 million less than what he paid for it. Must be hard to be rich.

4) Lower Manhattan: Behold, the first ever map of Manhattan, created in 1660 when Wall Street was actually a wall.

5) Upper West Side: The mansion at 247 Central Park West sashayed back onto the market with the eye-popping pricetag of $37 million. Yowza.
