A new 47 story residential tower with rooftop restaurant will soon grow atop a downtown city-owned parking garage wedged in a very urban part of downtown at 70 Sw 1st Street, loosely between a bunch of government buildings, the Metromover maintenance building, and a tangle of highway onramps, according to Miami Today. The whole thing will grow to 51 stories, and could totally be one of the tallest buildings in this still somewhat dodgy part of downtown Miami. The views from the restaurant will, however, be fabulous.
