All Aboard Florida, the privately financed passenger railway, has signed a deal with the Florida Department of Transportation to lease the land on the south side of the Beachline expressway that it needs to lay track to Orlando. Now the deal with FDOT will likely be copied by the Orlando Expressway Authority this morning, leaving Orlando International Airport as the only remaining approval AAF needs to complete its route through Central Florida.
