Holy Crap, Biscayne Boulevard's Abandoned INS Building Is Going Residential

The Fifteen Group has submitted plans to convert the abandoned INS Building at 79th street and Biscayne Boulevard into residential use, with retail on the first level, according to exMiami. The plans, by architects ADD Inc. call for conversion of the 11 story tower and 6 floor parking garage, with an addition of an eight story building behind them, creating in total 295 residential units and 32,800 square feet of commercial space.
