"Gross. It will be a giant dead space in the middle of the city and horrendously expensive. The Portman plan was far superior. The ACE plan is just today's rehash of the same failed modernist urban planning principles from the 50s-80s that lack spatial definition, diversity of uses, density and which focus on monolithic megastructures and vast open spaces which are bound to become vast open dead spaces... I am thoroughly disappointed and will vote against this plan if it comes to a public vote.
