Lots Of Renderings Revealed Of Herzog & de Meuron's Jade Signature Condo Tower

New, 7 comments

Decent renderings have finally come to light of the mystery that is Jade Signature, (thanks to BuzzBuzzHome) that Sunny Isles condo tower temptress by starchitects Herzog & de Meuron, including the first full frontal view we've seen that wasn't obviously hastily copied from a permit application. It is to the right. Many more, including a few better quality versions of older renderings that have been floating out there, are after the jump.

Okay., from some angles the building does appear to be something built in Bal Harbour in the 80s, but Herzog & de Meuron buildings never look their best in renderings. (1111 looked quite bland in its renderings even though it turned out incredible, so have some faith perhaps?) Especially exciting is the floating donut-esque concrete thing above the building's 'beach pavilion', the way you can see through the building (provided you're in a helicopter and the occupants don't overdecorate) and the lushness of Raymond Jungles' landscape designs. Do check out a Jade Signature promo video here, and the building's floorplans here.
