The 7,779 square foot oceanfront abode, that we assume is a penthouse, although the poorly written listing makes no particular claim as such, is quite notably not in the St. Regis Bal Harbour, which has been getting all the biggest prices in Bal Harbour these days. If the unit were, it would be far more likely to achieve such a princely sum, and just maybe even more.
