Groundbreakings

Proving that the Great Miami Real Estate Recovery isn't just a figment of the imagination, the long and sinuously curvy Echo Aventura broke ground this week. Curbed featured the building's launch party as a harbinger of Miami's revived tradition of lavish condo parties. It's also being built on the "last new construction piece of waterfront property in the Aventura area" apparently. It was designed by Carlos Ott, with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg.
