Starchitect Enrique Norten's One Ocean Is Under Construction

One Ocean, one of the multiple projects that Related Group CEO Jorge Perez has associated with defining his 'legacy', has begun construction, according to exMiami. The project will have a curvaceous design by starchitect Enrique Norten, a major breezeway bisecting the property, lush gardens by Enzo Enea, an elevated pool deck, underground parking, wonderfully large units, a public park at the northwest corner (yay!) and, although it isn't actually on the ocean, lots of ocean views. Oh, and Jorge Perez will be your neighbor! So, when's the groundbreaking party?
