The tawdry pawn shop behind Zaha Hadid's glistening One Thousand Museum will not besmirch the exoskeletoned tower after all. According to exMiami, developer Greg Covin (no word of co-developer Lewis Birdman, but we assume he's still around too) has added the pawn shop to the project site and submitted new plans to the city of Miami.
