Casa Casuarina, a.k.a. the Versace Mansion, is headed for the auction block, and the New York Times is on it. The Times story says nothing new. Basically, Gianni died, the house is foundering financially, it didn't sell for $125M or even $75M, and now it's going to auction for a minimum bid of $25M. Oh, and Jordache Jeans, a brand that would make Gianni roll in his grave, might gain control of the house. Old news from the gray lady. [NY Times; previously]
