Timbaland Selling Unused South Of Fifth Condo For $5.5M

New, 6 comments

Citing the opportunity to make some bread on a pad he doesn't need, music producer Timbaland is selling his pristine, totally renovated, but unused South Beach condo at the Murano Grande for $5.5 Million. The twenty fourth floor unit has three bedrooms, four and a half baths, a full AV system, and views in three directions to the ocean, the bay, and the city.

Developer Shlomy Alexander did the renovations for Timba, and now Shlomy's son Oren (who Curbed Miami's Editor went to middle school with) is the exclusive agent for the listing, which is exactly what happened with Miami's most expensive house ever, 3 Indian Creek Drive. Shlomy built it, and Oren sold it. (Well, Oren/The Jills sold Indian Creek, but still) Sure Oren probably works hard for his success, but the kid's in his 20s, and oh what luck to have a daddy like Shlomy.
