Magic City Farm, a Little River oasis of old motor-lodge bungalows, a botanical garden, and "one of those serene, hidden havens that somehow survive the implacable march of development in Miami" (says Andres Viglucci in the Miami Herald) is for sale for $1.35 million. The farm, which has been photographed by Bruce Weber among many others, was created over the years by old school Miamian Tamara Hendershot, and has an impressive art collection by Purvis Young, Roberto Juarez, and many others, which is being sold separately.
