1) Tribeca: A $35 million duplex hit the market this week, and while celeb designer Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz made the inside look just lovely, it's the outside space that made us drool. The condo has a 2,400-square-foot irrigated and landscaped wrap-around terrace.
2) Brooklyn: A West Coast transplant repurposed a garbage dumpster into...his house. It has a toilet, stove, and sink, and he carts it around Brooklyn. Obviously.
3) Cobble Hill: The Brooklyn townhouse market is still totally bonkers. A Greek Revival home spent just eight days on the market before selling for $350K more than its asking price.
4) Lincoln Square: Rich person hotspot 15 Central Park West now has another sponsor unit back on the market. This unit sold for just over $4 million in 2008, and now it's asking $10.9 million. The place is 2,021-square-feet with two bedrooms.
