Founder of the defunct but cult-fan-fave interiors magazine Nest, Joe Holtzman and his partner Carl Skoggard inherited an oceanfront condo in Palm Beach from mummy and daddy two years ago and went about overhauling the the place with Holtzman's super-eclectic and super-not Palm Beach (but super-awesome!) design sensibilities. More photos are over at New York Magazine. Highlights include styrofoam waves on the living room ceiling, Alexander Calder wallpaper in the bathroom (installed by the parentals), and a pastiche of decorative plates, lampshades as wall art, Addison Mizner spanish revival furniture, and furniture from old Palm Beach mansions bought at West Dixie Highway antique shops for a song.
