The Related Group's One Ocean—future home of the mack daddy himself, Jorge Perez—will officially break ground tonight despite the building having been under construction since July of this year (shh...). The invitation cleverly refers to it as being the ground breaking celebration so the ritual of actually breaking ground can be completely fabricated should there be shovels and construction hats on hand. Perez along with starchitect Enrique Norten will be in attendance to toast to the building's construction and their own statuses as masters of the universe while the sun sets over obnoxiously chic South-of-Fifth.-Dan Frost
