Icon Bay, the Related Group's new public-street-gobbling Edgewater condo tower has reached the fourth of its forty two floors, and is already totally visible from Biscayne Boulevard, a block and a half away. See that hole in the bottom? Yeah, the one full of scaffolding like it'll be full of cars being valeted (how does one spell that?) at the condo drop-off drive once the thing's finished? Yeah, that's the bay view now, when literally the whole part of the picture now taken up by Icon Bay used to be grass, or sky, or just bay. It's the march of progress, yo.
