Hallandale: Gluten-free spots are not a big thing in Miami, so it's a pleasant surprise to see one more open up – this one's called Rice Paradise and its all about gluten-free rice puddings and cakes made with owner Szandra Szeghalmi's Hungarian grandmother's recipes.
