Anne Hathaway Wants To Sell; Golf Friendly Condo Seeks $5M

New, 1 comment

All the talk from Curbed NY...

1) Dumbo: Anne Hathaway bought a Brooklyn apartment for $4.1 million last year, then never moved in. Instead, she just used the place as a a 2,592-square-foot walk-in closet, but she's tired of that, so she's trying to make a small profit by listing the place for $4.5 million. Any takers?

2) Chelsea: What to do with a 3,000-square-foot garden in Manhattan? Install a four-hole putting green, obviously. In addition to the green, this convertible three-bedroom in Chelsea also has a grilling area, jungle gym, and outdoor dining room. It's asking just under $5 million.

3) Harlem: Neil Patrick Harris was revealed as the buyer of the most expensive townhouse ever sold in Harlem. Original reports said the 8,000-square-foot house sold for an even $4 million, but it was actually a paltry $3.6 million. Pssh, who even cares at that price?

4) Noho: This $15M condo, listed as "Penthouse 18," has all the fixings of a stunning penthouse?a famed design team, 360-degree views of Manhattan, imported finishes, a private terrace with a rock garden?except for one tiny detail. It's not on the top floor.
