A 60,000-plus-square-foot former synagogue and now South Beach's largest single-family home, designed in 1933 by Art Deco architect L. Murray Dixon, is listed for $16.925 million. Since owner Daniel Davidson bought the property in 2003, he's spent millions to transform it back into a private residence (it was converted into a temple in the '40s, according to its website, which is probably why it doesn't have the 30s deco look at all) and pop star hangout.
