The midcentury Bayshore Motel on Biscayne Boulevard will be brought back to its retro glory by preservation minded developer Avra Jain. The architect, according to the logo on the renderings, appears to be Dean B. Lewis, who is also working with Ms. Jain on the Vagabond. [Morningside Life]
