"There are soooo many other issues the Village of Miami Shores could be taking on... such as reducing the speed limit down what's called "Village Place", creatively increasing the tax role and reducing RE taxes by annexing adjacent high-rise neighborhoods such as where Quayside, the Jockey Club and the Cricket Club are, leasing out some of the under utilized golf course property for something the entire community could use, not just a few old stuffy white men. I've been saying it for a long time, this community is in desperate need for some leaders with vision.
