The latest dining dish from Eater Miami...
1) South Beach: Get ready to experience -5 degree weather in Miami. So sure, it's in a controlled environment, but its cool either way. Minus5 Ice Bar is slated to open somewhere on Collins Avenue. Here's what you should expect there.
2) South Beach: Ralph Pagano's newest venture comes in the form of a yet unnamed Mexican restaurant, which is taking over the former Serafina space. Here's what's coming. Oh and he's taken to the "digital airwaves" for advice, if you have an idea.
3) Bal Harbour: A new restaurant called The Grill at Bal Harbour is opening up at Bal Harbour Shops in October 2014. Apparently, cuisine will be classic American-inspired and served in an indoor/outdoor space designed by HUUM Architects. More details to come.
