The 52-story SLS Hotel & Residences Brickell became last week the 50th condo tower to begin construction since Miami's real estate market began to take a turn for the better in 2011 following the colossal crash caused by the global credit crunch. Developers are building some 7,100 condo units east of I-95 in South Florida with plans for 25,000 more.
