It looks like construction will resume after all on the building that Curbed readers named, Design41. SFBJ is reporting that the financing was secured after all through the EB5 program, and Asi Cymbal's partner, Design District Development Partners, went to court to oust him from the project due to a dispute between DDDP and Cymbal. Fingers crossed that it's smooth sailing from here on out.
