Dwayne Johnson has moved into his brand spanking new 13,000 square feet Southwest Ranches house that cost him $5.5 million to build, according to GossipExtra. With the moving 'PODS' still out front, Johnson has already commissioned a 5,000 square foot, $1 million addition that will consist of a very fancy gym as well as a guest house for his physical trainer.
