Miami Worldcenter Teases Its Signature Tower, Paramount

New, 2 comments

Miami Worldcenter is thisclose to launching sales of its signature residential tower, Paramount, pulling a flashy teaser ad in Ocean Drive Magazine, as well as launching the building's website. Oh, and of course, exMiami says they are. Unfortunately, a scant few renderings have been made public (which really makes you wish city building department records would finally be digitized and put online so we could just look this shit up because technically it is public record over there) but they're about to pull the lid off the big reveal and show everyone what they've got.

Oh, and according to exMiami, it's called Paramount because it's being developed by the same dude, named Daniel Kodsi, of Royal Palm Communities (along with Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani) who developed Paramount Bay over in Edgewater. That's his 'brand' apparently.
