What's baseball guy Alex Rodriguez doing these days? He's building himself a new house in the fancy shmancy Ponce Davis neighborhood. According to Miami-Dade property records, a trust in his name purchased the property in 2013 for $2.69 million, whereupon he obviously must have hired an architect who then designed the house, and now it's under construction. The contractor, Newport Property Construction, is the same one that he used to build his old North Bay Road House.
