Newgard Development Group's freshly completed 46-story BrickellHouse condo tower received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy last week, and is now at the point where the common spaces are getting their interiors fully fitted out, blue plastic film is being taken off glass railings, furniture is being assembled and placed, sculptural light fixtures are being hung, art is being placed, etc. Sales contract closings have also begun this week, with residents taking possession of their units.
